Antony Teale
The big boss – always running and never walking.
If you want to talk to him (try) grab him by the sleeve and make him stand still for minute.
His knowledge of Windsurfing and Kitesurfing equipment is legendary, having been involved in the sports since their beginning.
His passion is still windsurfing (after 25 year) and you will find him happiest when blasting across the Langebaan Lagoon.

Esti Teale
AKA dragon master (only if challenged), she is actually more on the fire fighting side helping where it is needed, making sure every one (guests, staff and family) is happy and organized.
Together with Antony Teale the two have started up the sports center in 1993. Esti is running the Teale’s own Puza Moya Guest House, a place built by sports(wo)men for sports(wo)men.
From the little Studio attached to the Guest House she has been teaching Pilates for the last 5 years and still loves it. Anyone is welcome to attend classes.

Misha Teale
Studying in Switzerland at present, Misha is terribly missed not only by his mother but also by the staff in the rental section.
During his last summer holiday he pulled his weight there and was helping out wherever needed.
Plans are for him to come home over Christmas and not just to party...

Noah Teale
Mostly out and about on his skate board, will be found helping in the rental section of the centre on rare occasions.
Noah is a natural talent in land based sports but unfortunately no go! for the watersports.
The parents have not given up hope though. |

Lisa Teale
The youngest of the Teale family is approaching her teen age year at a steady pace.
If only she could swop school with mucking out stables, how happy would that make her.
Loving not only animals but forunately people as well, she is a great help in the shop during her summer holidays and week ends.

Jinx
The family pet. You will see this little monster running on the beach at times.
Do not worry, he is not as dangerous as he thinks he is, in fact, tickle his tummy and he will be yours!

Ally G
Ally G is the PA and right hand in the business and has many years of
experience. As a mom of 2 small children she is trying to juggle family and
business which is not always easy but luckyly for us it has been working out
so far.

Mandy Le Roux
Newly wedd and just back from her honey moon.
Mandy was in charge of all the accommodation during the last year but has now moved over into the Shop section where she is much happier.
Her flair for people and clothing is a great asset. Super to have such a happy person on the team.

Anja Hougaart
New on the team Anja has been working with Allan at the Shop at Laguna Mall for nearly a year. Anja is studying tourism and is looking forward to her practical at the Cape Sports Center, being in charge of the Accommodation rental. |

Shaun Steenkamp
The man in rental.
Always in a good mood and just happy to have happy people around him.
He is facing a challange this year to advance from second in charge to the fist in command, not an easy task, especially if having to live up to the standard Nicole the preceeding station manager set for him.

Caren Simerie
Caren has 3 children of which the youngest is 3 y and the oldest already a proud dad of a little girl.
She is in the team with Carol and her sister Beverley.
It is a great relieve to know that the domestic help is so friendly, reliable thorough and honest.

Beverly Constable
Caren's sister is travelling in from Vredenburg every day. Fortunately she
has her sister close by and sometimes stays over on week ends to be
available on her duty days. Hard working and little talking is her
principle. |

Richard (Nowatu Ngcime)
He is looking after our gardens and seems to have a great passion for the plants. His real profession is painting, so whenever there is maintenance work needed, he will be in charge. He is a real gentleman.

Paulos
Paulos always smiling and Richard's assistant, speaks no! English. Starting as a temp. it seems that Paulos has won the hearts is now staying with us.

Allen Fourie
Big Al is our partner at the new Shop at Laguna Mall, the shopping mall just outside of town.
He is keeping things organized and has great pride in his work.
Well liked by the ladies he is unfortunately not available anymore! Allan loves his two boys, his Tanya, his fishing and of course his surfing, to prioritise can become difficult at times.

Carol Smith
Carol was our first employee 12 years ago. She is helping us keeping our house, Puza
Moya, the Cabanas and the Sports Center clean. She likes to bake and her Banana
Cakes are world class.
