Kayaking Come and explore Langebaan at a leisurely pace as you take a paddle on our lagoon. Whether for 2 hours or a day, discover the sights and sounds of the West Coast at its most beautiful. The Lagoon and surrounding waters offer some incredible paddling experiences and a host of flora and fauna can be seen.

The Lagoon is a RAMSAR site and is home to many flamingo’s, penguins, oystercatchers, whales, dolphins, along with nearly 25% of Southern Africa’s bird life. The waters of the Lagoon are not open to the extreme elements, so paddling on the Lagoon is easy and fun, and not to mention safe! It is an activity in which the whole family can partake in. The center has single and double kayaks for hire as well as life vests, neoprene shorts and wind breakers to make your paddling experience even more comfortable and enjoyable!
